Excellent service, fair price. Our flight landed and we were stuck on the runway for quite awhile. We were then bombarded and pulled all different directions by people posing as airport personnel to help you find your ride but actually just trying to lure you away and sell you something. Anyway, our ride waited the entire time. We called because we couldn't find them and we had ended up completely in the wrong area. They told us to stay put and came and found us, holding a sign with our names which made it very easy to identify who was truly supposed to drive us to our resort. They found us within 5 minutes and got us loaded up and on our way. The shuttle was clean and new and had ice cold AC. Driver was extremely helpful and polite. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I had to sit down and write this one with a full heart. From the very first moment we stepped into Live Aqua Punta Cana, exhausted from travel and not knowing what to expect, there was "Enger" with the warmest smile and the kindest eyes. He welcomed us like we were old friends coming home, not just another room number. And from that day on? He just got us. I have some anxiety around travel and specific needs – nothing crazy, but enough that it usually takes days to explain to hotel staff. Enger listened once, remembered everything, and made it all happen without me ever having to ask twice. He respected our time, our space, and somehow always showed up exactly when needed – not a minute too early or too late. He followed up on every little thing – our dinner preferences, ad other stuff. That's not service. That's heart. Enger, – thank you for making our vacation feel safe, seen, and special. You're one of the reasons we're already planning to come back.
